live streaming worship reflections: sunday, march 15 @ 10 am
Given the wise counsel to postpone any large group gatherings - including worship - my visit to First Congregational Church (UCC) in Williamstown, MA has been postponed. For a variety of reasons, it struck me as prudent that we try to find a way to "live stream" an abbreviated liturgy from home - so we're going to give it a shot. Tomorrow at 10 am on my Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/james.lumsden) we will experiment and hopefully connect with the congregation - and maybe a few others, too. This will be a very "down home" edition - no high tech for this Luddite - just some prayer, a little music, Scripture, and my reflections on the texts for the Third Sunday of Lent without a lot of flash or zip. Please feel free to join us if you are able. Thanks to the good people of Williamstown for giving this a shot.
