We are home from Cleveland - left @ 8:45 am and pulled into church @ 5 pm - a GREAT trip on many fronts. Not only did our core of musicians get a chance to hear and discuss "jazz spirituality" with others from across the USA and United Church of Christ, but we claimed the time to rest and reflect on our mission together.
There is more to say - and I will - over the course of the next few days. But for now, dig this video shot at Trinity Cathedral in Cleveland with some of the hottest jazz cats who are also pastors in the United Church. A total gas and privilege for me...
